Mark Kane is the man behind Phone Service USA. He is the President and founder of Phone Service USA and strives to offer top-notch VoIP telephone services to businesses. He has been in the communications and consumer electronics field for about 24 years now and he utilizes his knowledge and expertise to ensure that Phone Service USA clients are happy with the services they are getting.
Vegas Micro & Ems Mobile Computer Services Paved the Way for Phone Service USA
From 1984 to 1992, Mark Kane started and ran a multi million dollar computer mail order company in Long Beach, California and Lake Arrowhead, California. The company had 35 employees at its peak.
From 1992-1996, Mark Kane managed all aspects of a 75,000 square foot athletic Club in New Orleans, LA with 75 employees. He implemented many procedures to streamline the accounting, check-in, and payroll procedures that were antiquated.
In 1996, he created Micro PC, a computer wholesale company in New Orleans. The business started in the athletic club and when it became too busy, he left the club to run the business in a separate facility.
Sales started at zero and by 1999, sales were 4 million per year. In 1999, Mark moved to Las Vegas because his daughter had pneumonia 3 times in one year and the doctors told him to move somewhere dry. In the same year, Mark opened Vegas Micro on Industrial Road (now known as Dean Martin Drive) and Post Road.
The business did almost everything wholesale. Vegas Micro grew to 3 million sales per year within 3 years. In 2008, he relocated the business to Mojave Road and also sold Micro PC in New Orleans to the current Manager of that location. In 2018, the company relocated to our current location on Patrick Lane.
In 2005, Mark started EMS Mobile Computer Service when he saw the need for some good ole fashioned customer service and caring in the computer service industry. He believes in being available for his clients and customers at all times. He prides himself on customer satisfaction and does not give up until he is satisfied the job has been done.
2006 rolled around and he started Vegas Telecom, a company that sells, installs, and services Nortel Telephone systems and sells VoIP Phone Service.
Vegas Micro is a wholesale computer and parts company while Ems Mobile Computer Services sells new and used computers. Mark Kane is also the President of these companies and has had great success in helping businesses improve their computers and related operations.
In 2019, he started Phone Service USA to offer Phone Service all across the United States and Canada.
